There are 2 main types of studies in UserZoom GO: Moderated and Unmoderated.
On your dashboard, click the New Study button and choose which type of test you want. Unmoderated if you want to get quick feedback from your own participants or with our own panel of participants. Moderated if you want to talk live / real-time with the participant (with webcam) to conduct the research session.
You’ll then be dropped into the study setup wizard where you can preview your test at the end or launch it when you’re ready to conduct the test.
After launching the test you’ll be given a shareable URL which you send to your participants. For moderated studies, the share URL is the same for the participant as well as the moderator.
If you launched an unmoderated test on our panel, you don’t need to share anything. It will automatically be sent to our panel of participants. Just sit back and wait for the results to roll in.
