What is the difference between an Owner, Researcher and Collaborator? – UserZoom GO

There are 3 main roles in UserZoom GO:

Roles are defined at the Workspace level and are specific to that workspace. Each workspace has 1 Owner.

In the table above, Manage means create, edit, or delete.

UserZoom GO also supports Observers, who can listen-in and watch live moderated sessions, but do not have a UserZoom GO login.

Please Note: Prior to May 2019, UserZoom GO had two roles called Admin and Teammate, which were merged into the Researcher role.
