To join as an observer, paste the team's link into a supported browser (desktop only).
It should look similar to this...

You will enter your name on this screen, then click Join. (This name is so that the moderator can tell who's in the observation room.)
You are then placed in a waiting room until the test participant arrives.
At that point, you can watch and listen as well as chat with your team. The test participant will not be aware of your presence. Observers can be any stakeholder or other interested parties who wished to observe a moderated session. No UserZoom Go access or log-in is needed!
Remember, an observer:
- cannot be seen by the participant
- cannot be heard by the participant
