It's possible to add Prestudy questions to your unmoderated study set up.
- Prestudy questions are optional
- Prestudy questions are recorded (audio and screen)
- Prestudy questions cannot qualify or disqualify
These questions should be considered "informational only", as opposed to Screener questions which can qualify or disqualify someone based on their answers.
A typical use of optional Prestudy questions is to gather more background information about the test participant, such as 'what is your favorite way to watch tv? Do you watch a weekly series or prefer to binge an entire season?'. No matter the answers, the participant will be able to move forward in the study.
