The Free Trial is a 14-day, risk-free way to take UserZoom GO's user research and collaboration platform for a test drive before determining which plan suits your team's needs best.
Along with the opportunity to trial our testing solutions, we make reporting and collaboration features available as well. Whether running studies with coworkers or real customers, an Insight Report is a great way to highlight the value and share example results with stakeholders.
Logistics:
- The trial allows for 2 studies and 2 Insight Reports. You can use 5 moderated recordings and 5 unmoderated recordings in total.
- The trial lasts 14 days.
- No credit card is needed.
- You can invite 2 additional researchers along with unlimited collaborators to your trial workspace. Contact sales@userzoom.com for additional seat access.
- The trial is set-up as BYO (bring your own) participants. Panel recruitment is not included.
The team can discuss your needs and grant access to our remote moderated or unmoderated recruitment options. Because we compensate our panel participants for completing quality tests, you will be asked to add a credit card so we can incentivize the participants for completing your trial studies. UserZoom GO guarantees the quality of all responses from recruited participants. Some limitations apply. (i.e., In-person recruitment is not offered during the trial).
